I am looking for a note investor or several investors to purchase a $130,000 note on an 8 unit apt and a house on Gray St in Edgewater CO.  Worth about 73K door plus 150K house or $734,000.  The house rents for 1227 a month and the 2 bedroom units rent for 797 a month.  When I took over rents where 650-695.  Rents are still increasing in this hot upcoming area due to bleed over from Highlands and Downtown.  100% rented.
